Stephen Hill is a Partner in Howrey’s Antitrust Practice Group and joined the firm in 2002. Mr. Hill has practiced extensively before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous antitrust cases, including United States v. Norfolk and Western Railway Co., which resulted in a directed verdict of acquittal at the conclusion of the government's case; In Re: Wheat Freight Rate Antitrust Litigation (MDL No. 534) and In Re: Lower Lake Erie Iron Ore Antitrust Litigation (MDL No. 587). In one case, after he deposed the plaintiff's vice president for two days, the plaintiff moved to dismiss its complaint with prejudice. In addition to antitrust, he has represented clients in litigation matters involving contract disputes, employment discrimination, professional liability and torts. Alan Wiseman has had extensive litigation and trial experience in all aspects of the firm's antitrust and commercial practice before numerous federal district and appellate courts and administrative agencies, including appearing before the United States Supreme Court. Also, he has experience in mock trials and mini-trials in alternate dispute resolution proceedings. He has represented clients in numerous mergers and acquisitions, antitrust grand jury investigations, as well as cross-border criminal investigations jointly conducted by the U.S. and Canada, and investigations by the European Economic Community. He has handled legislative matters before the United States Congress, including testifying on behalf of the Council on Antitrust Policy of the United States Chamber of Commerce.  More on Mr. Wiseman.

Ken Anderson's legal career has been principally oriented toward antitrust practice. During the initial 18 year phase of his career he held various positions at the Federal Trade Commission and the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice; the remainder has been in private practice in Washington, D.C. and New York City. He is a member of the bars of the state of New York and the District of Columbia. Anderson has provided counseling services on a broad array of antitrust issues and problems including merger analyses, tying arrangements, exclusive dealing, dealer termination and joint ventures.  More on Mr. Anderson.

A partner since 1984, Robert Green has represented clients in a wide variety of antitrust, commercial litigation, and arbitration matters. He has represented trademark owners in Lanham Act cases and recently obtained injunctions prohibiting the unauthorized use of registered trademarks on Internet web sites. His trademark cases have involved false advertising, commercial disparagement, trademark dilution, and unfair competition claims. Mr. Green’s work for imported automobile manufacturers has included antitrust, dealer termination, trademark, defamation, state motor vehicle franchise law, tortious interference and breach of contract cases nationwide.  More on Mr. Green.
